All classes at Maddy’s are taught by Colette & Robin,
who started teaching jive together in 1991.

is a qualified school teacher, with a degree in education.

previously worked in industry, as the training manager
for a national motor group.

The couple’s backgrounds in education and training,
together with their passion for 1940s and 1950s music, dancing
and vintage lifestyle, makes them uniquely qualified in their field.

During the course, you’ll benefit from Robin & Colette’s clear,
concise teaching, marvel at their fabulous demonstration dances
and enjoy their great sense of humour.

You’ll also get to see some of their fabulous clothing collection,
as they always present the classes dressed in period vintage style
and, occasionally, you’ll see their beautiful and rare
1947 Plymouth Convertible parked outside.
